Evan Wise is an ASCAP award winning composer from Los Angeles. Evan has a Bachelor of Music degree and has a decade of experience working in film scoring with a focus on animation projects. Along with Evan's film scoring work he also releases modern classical music as an artist. In 2016 Evan scored the theatrically released animated film based on the popular Playstation video game The Ratchet and Clank Movie. He has since contributed scores to Netflix animated shows such as Spy Kids Mission Critical, Barbie: Skipper and the Big Babysitting Adventure, and Barbie: A Touch of Magic seasons 1 and 2. Along with his scoring projects Evan has contributed music to over 10,000 episodes of television, most notably with the Discovery Channel and his work as a fulltime in house composer with a music production company in Los Angeles. Evan also composes as an artist for felted piano and has gained hundreds of thousands of streams with his piano music and modern classical ensemble which includes Evan on piano, a live string quartet and analog synths. Evan has been able to attract attention from various modern dance ensembles such as the Freaks with Lines modern Ballet company in Los Angeles and Focus Dance Ensemble from Warsaw Poland. Focus Dance choreographed a 13 minute modern dance performance titled Paganini in 2020 with Evan's music and he is currently working with the ensemble to create another dance performance with a movement from his Chamber Symphony.
